Our Products
All of our cookies are handmade in small batches, so there may be slight variations in appearance. We do our best to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and images, but as each cookie is unique, we cannot guarantee exact replication.
Ingredients & Allergens
All cookies are made in a home kitchen where all 14 major allergens may be present. Our base dough contains gluten, eggs, and milk, and additional ingredients may include soya, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please read our Allergen Disclaimer before ordering and contact us with any questions.
Ordering
When you place an order, you are agreeing that:
All details you provide are accurate and complete.
You are the authorised user of the payment method used.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are baked fresh and dispatched every Thursday via Royal Mail Tracked 24. While we aim for next-day delivery, once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, we are not responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels. Please ensure your delivery details are correct — we cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Freezing & Storage
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery. They should be stored in an airtight container, out of direct sunlight. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months — simply defrost and reheat for that fresh-baked feel.
