At Flour & Rose, all orders are freshly baked to order and dispatched every Thursday via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

This means your cookies are typically delivered on Friday, ready for the weekend! You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way, so you can follow the cookie trail right to your door.

A few important notes:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order — we can’t be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details.

• Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
