Refund Policy

At Flour & Rose, all of our cookies are freshly handmade to order with love — and because they’re perishable, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal taste.

That said, we always want you to be happy with your order. If your cookies arrive incorrect, or not up to our usual standard, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Drop us an email at flourandrosecookies@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion and assessed case by case.

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct when placing your order, as we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.

While we do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels once your order has been handed over to the courier.
