At Flour & Rose, all of our cookies are handmade in a domestic kitchen where the utmost care is taken — but we want to be transparent about the ingredients we use and the environment they’re prepared in.

Please note that all of our products contain the following allergens in the base recipe:
GLUTEN, EGGS, and MILK.

In addition, many of our cookies include SOYA, PEANUTS, and TREE NUTS as part of add-in ingredients such as chocolates, spreads, and sauces.

As we work from a home kitchen, all 14 major allergens (as recognised by UK food law) may be present. These include:
Cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, lupin, and molluscs.

While we do our best to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from trace allergens. If you have a severe allergy or dietary concern, please get in touch before ordering.

At Flour & Rose, all of our cookies are freshly handmade to order with love — and because they’re perishable, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal taste.

That said, we always want you to be happy with your order. If your cookies arrive damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standard, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Drop us an email at flourandrosecookies@gmail.comwith your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion and assessed case by case.

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct when placing your order, as we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.

While we do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels once your order has been handed over to the courier.

At Flour & Rose, all orders are freshly baked to order and dispatched every Thursday via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

This means your cookies are typically delivered on Friday, ready for the weekend! You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way, so you can follow the cookie trail right to your door.

• Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

✨ Pop them in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or in a warm oven for 3–5 minutes — the centres will turn gooey, the edges just the right amount of chewy, and the flavour? Unbeatable.

Storage Tips

Our cookies are freshly baked and best enjoyed within 5 days.
To keep them at their best:

• Store in an airtight container

• Keep them out of direct sunlight

• They can also be frozen for up to 3 months — just let them thaw at room temperature, then reheat to revive the magic
